Our policies align with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), giving our Dubai-based and international clients a consistent standard of protection under regional legal requirements.

3. Information we collect
Delivering high-fidelity AI video production means collecting a few distinct categories of information.
A. Personal identification information
- Full name and title — to personalise your production dashboard.
- Corporate contact details — email addresses, phone numbers, and office locations.
- Billing information — tax IDs and payment credentials, processed through encrypted gateways.
B. User-generated content and media assets
This is the core of our AI video privacy focus — the creative material you trust us with:
- High-resolution images and raw video footage.

4. How we process and use your information
The primary purpose of processing at aivideo.ae is producing your video, nothing more. Your uploaded media is processed by our proprietary and partner AI models to generate video content, held temporarily in high-performance GPU clusters for the duration of rendering. No-public-training policy: We maintain a strict no-public-training policy. Your brand assets and prompts are never used to train open-source or public generative AI models. We use closed-loop processing so your creative edge stays yours. We use your contact data for project updates, delivery notifications, and technical support, and, occasionally, insight on the Dubai AI video market to help you stay ahead.
5. Cookies and tracking technology
aivideo.ae uses cookies and similar technologies for a few essential jobs: Session management, keeping you logged into your production portal. Performance analytics, tools like Google Analytics, to understand site traffic. Personalisation, remembering your preferred aspect ratios and resolution settings. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may limit the functionality of our AI rendering tools.
6. Data retention and storage
We keep data only as long as it’s useful to you. Project files including raw assets and generated videos are typically kept for 90 days after project completion, to allow for revisions, unless you request a longer period. Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. Archival data may be retained in anonymised form for long-term internal analytics.
7. Third-party integrations and data sharing
We share data only when the service genuinely requires it, with: Cloud hosting providers that use secure servers in regions that support fast rendering for UAE users. Payment gateways that use standard-compliant processors to hold your financial data so we don’t have to. AI model providers for API-based generation, with data sent through encrypted tunnels under zero-retention agreements.
8. International data transfers
We’re a Dubai-centric agency, but our cloud infrastructure spans multiple regions. Using aivideo.ae means your data may be transferred to, and processed in, countries outside the UAE. Those transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), keeping data protection for AI services consistent wherever it’s processed.
9. Intellectual property and privacy
In AI video production, the privacy of your intellectual property matters as much as the privacy of your personal data. All “input data” you provide remains your property. We hold a license to process it in order to generate your video — we never claim ownership of your privacy-sensitive assets.
10. Your rights under UAE PDPL
You stay in control of your data. Under UAE PDPL guidelines, you have the right to: Access by requesting a full export of the data we hold on you. Rectification by correcting any errors in your profile or project details. Erasure by requesting that we purge your data from our systems, the right to be forgotten. Objection by limiting how we use your data for marketing or non-essential analytics. To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer using the details in section 14.
11. Protecting minors
Our services are intended strictly for professional use by individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that a minor has provided us with personal information, we delete it immediately.
12. Security measures
AES-256 encryption for data at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, and regular security audits to identify and patch vulnerabilities across our AI workflow.
